All user-addressable internal drives physically removed; the chosen model must allow this
Prepared removable USB boot media; nonpersistent session with persistence off by default
Exact processor, RAM, screen, battery condition and ports stated in the quotation
Boot, restart reset, shutdown, network and chosen peripheral checks recorded before handover
Choose Tails Privacy for private browsing and documents, or Kali Live Lab for authorised security testing
Restart discards session-only changes; the boot USB and anything deliberately saved elsewhere remain
Optional encrypted persistence is a separate request and changes what is retained between sessions
Default remains a live, nonpersistent system on removable USB-connected SSD; compatibility is checked for the selected edition

A fresh desktop session

In the supplied nonpersistent mode, session-only files and changes are discarded on shutdown or restart. The USB keeps its operating system; anything deliberately saved to another drive or online service remains. Optional encrypted persistence is a separate choice.

A Ghost PC has a full keyboard, larger screen and desktop applications. Android pentesting phones are the mobile option; their installed apps and saved settings normally remain between restarts.
