What you are buying

Listings labelled “preparation” are services for your own compatible handset. They include rooting, the agreed installation, configuration checks and standard UK return delivery. They do not include a handset, Wi-Fi adapter or other hardware unless your written order explicitly lists it. Free and open-source software remains subject to its own licences; the charge covers preparation, testing and support.

Full NetHunter requires the exact model and a matching ROM/kernel build. Select the listed build and provide your model, regional variant and current Android version. Lite, ANDRAX and StrykerOSS preparation includes rooting by us and requires the platform-specific prerequisites on the listing. We confirm eligibility before starting; if we cannot prepare the agreed eligible configuration, the service payment is refunded.

Supplied handsets

Listings labelled “handset included” supply the selected physical device, condition, storage, colour and stated software preparation. Rooted handset bundles include one selected platform at the displayed total price. They are prepared to order and checked before dispatch. Where a source listing has unspecified storage or colour, the listing says so and we confirm these details in writing before preparation. You may cancel for a full refund if we cannot agree the specification.

Price, payment and order confirmation

Source prices are set in GBP. The store displays and charges the selected destination currency where Stripe supports it; otherwise the basket explicitly uses GBP. Review the currency and final total before continuing to payment. UK orders include UK VAT at 20%; UK VAT also applies to supplied goods delivered to the Isle of Man. Qualifying hardware exports are sold without UK VAT, at the same displayed GBP goods price. Standard delivery is free with pay-on-arrival DAP and on UK orders. International DDP orders require Express Shipping at £29.95, charged separately from import prepayment. International import charges are separate: choose pay on arrival or, where offered, the fixed DDP prepayment shown before payment. For a customer-owned device service, you pay the carrier cost of sending your device to us. Payment is securely collected by Stripe for PrivacyPortal. We verify payment before confirming an order. Listings marked “guide price” require a quotation stating the final supplied model, price and lead time before purchase. Fixed-price handset listings can be ordered directly with the selected specification.

The order reference and payment status appear after checkout. Contact us with your order reference for support. For a customer-owned device service, we confirm your device and sending instructions. Supplied handsets are sent to the delivery address in the country selected before checkout. To change the delivery country, return to your kit for a new total. Customer-owned preparation services and mixed kits containing them are available with UK return delivery only. Keep your receipt and a saved copy of these terms. We will confirm your agreed specification and instructions in writing before work.

International delivery and import charges

Pay on arrival — DAP (also called DDU): this is the default for international delivery. You pay any import duty, destination VAT/GST and carrier clearance fees when the carrier or customs authority collects them. Free delivery does not include those charges. Any arrival-charge guide is an estimate.

Duties prepaid — DDP: where offered for your selected country, you may pay the quoted import-charge amount with your order. DDP requires Express Shipping at £29.95 in addition to the quoted import-prepayment amount. The separate shipping charge, import prepayment and final total are shown before payment in the supported checkout currency. The import-prepayment amount covers destination import duty, VAT/GST and clearance charges for that delivery, with nothing further due for covered import charges on delivery.

The DDP import-prepayment amount depends on the receiving country and selected goods value. Express Shipping is a separate £29.95 charge per DDP order; pay-on-arrival DAP retains free standard shipping. It is a fixed merchant coverage quote. If actual charges are lower, we retain the difference; if higher, we cover the additional amount. If a carrier nevertheless charges you for covered import charges on a paid DDP order, send us the receipt and we reimburse those charges in full.

You can choose pay on arrival instead. Change your country or goods in the kit before continuing to payment so the total reflects your choices. The delivery country at payment is the country you selected in the kit.

DDP is currently unavailable for United States orders through pent.shop. UK and Isle of Man deliveries do not use this international import-prepayment option. Only the options shown on pent.shop apply to your order; another PrivacyPortal website's carrier promotion does not change these terms.

We declare the actual goods value and provide accurate customs paperwork. Keep your invoice, order reference and tracking information. Before returning an international order, contact us for return and customs documentation instructions.

Your device and data

Back up all data before sending a device. Bootloader unlocking, rooting and installation can erase data. Remove SIM cards, memory cards and personal accounts where appropriate. Do not send passwords or account credentials through the checkout form. You must own the device or have the owner's permission, and it must not be subject to an activation lock, unresolved finance restriction or management restriction that prevents the agreed work.

Rooted security-testing systems are dedicated tools. They can reduce normal Android security protections, affect payment and banking apps, and vary in hardware functionality. Source-listed historical kernels do not imply current security updates or a guarantee that every peripheral feature works. We describe and agree the configuration rather than promising blanket compatibility.

Timing, cancellation and problems

See the delivery, cancellation and returns information. We do not start a service during your statutory cancellation period unless you separately request it in writing. Your statutory rights for services supplied without reasonable care and skill and for faulty goods are unaffected.

Use and project names

Equipment and preparation are for authorised security testing, research and learning. Use them only on systems you own or have permission to assess. PrivacyPortal is an independent retailer and service provider. Project names identify compatibility; they do not imply endorsement. Kali NetHunter is an OffSec project; StrykerOS searches are addressed using the StrykerOSS Android suite identified in our guide.
