Effective 12 September 2026. PrivacyPortal Ltd is the controller for order, service and enquiry information collected through pent.shop.

Information and purposes

We use your name, contact and delivery details, selected goods and services, delivery country, delivery terms and any DDP quote, device model/build details, payment references and order correspondence to provide quotations, fulfil your order, support the service and meet accounting obligations. Contract performance is the basis for order processing; legal obligations apply to required financial records. Our legitimate interests cover security, fraud prevention and responding to relevant enquiries.

The email enquiry form prepares a message in your own email app; it is sent only when you send it there. Do not include passwords, device unlock codes, payment card details or client assessment data.

Payments and hosting

Stripe processes checkout, payment and billing information. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by pent.shop. We store payment references and verified order status. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and stores order records in D1. These providers may process information internationally under their applicable data protection arrangements. See Stripe's privacy notice and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Browser storage and logs

Your kit, quantities and typed device requirements are saved in this browser's local storage so they survive a refresh. Remove items or clear this site's browser data to remove them. We use the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare from your connection, or the country you select, to display local prices. Your selected country and currency preference are saved in this browser. Currency-rate requests do not send your customer or order details to the exchange-rate provider. The site uses connection information for security and request limits. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts currently load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information for those requests.

Retention and rights

We keep accounting and order records for the periods required for tax, legal obligations and resolving disputes. We retain service details and correspondence only as long as needed for the service, support and those obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, to object to processing, restrict it or request portability. We may need to retain records required by law. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
